Post-Training Support

Exclusively at Iam Yoga, we have 4 months of support after the lecture component is completed. 30 hours of this 250-hour training are devoted to one of two tracks: mentorship or developing a self-practice.

Mentorship means you will be paired with a senior teacher at Iam Yoga who will coach you throughout the 4 months following the initial training. At the end of this process, you will have the opportunity to teach karma classes to the wider Iam community.

Self-Study means you will be assigned specific practices to develop within your personal practice goals.

Want to book a meeting with Lisa, the Teacher Training Director? We can discuss your goals and the TT program and see if we’re the right fit. Email lisa@iamyoga.ca or call 416.920.9642.
