Yoga has been a part of Rachael Allen's life since she was sixteen years old. She believes a person's quality of life stems directly from health. Yoga helps to keep people healthy in body and mind, which will benefit all aspects of their lives. Rachael's love of travel has taken her all over the world. During which she saw that yoga was universal, brought people together and had a positive impact on people's health. This led her to become an instructor herself.
Rachael has completed over 500 hours of training with Iam Yoga and Downward Dog Studio. She is also a certified Prenatal Instructor through Blooma Professional Training and a certified in teaching classes for mental health through the Blu Matter HEAL training. She is an owner and the Director of Operations at Iam Yoga.
